I am a CELTA certified teacher (Cambridge Certificate for English Teaching to Adults).
I build my lessons using the communicative approach, and this means that I have to adapt to the needs and interests of the student.
I use relevant, engaging and lively subjects -as well as humor-, giving the student all of the necessary tools for a comfortable and stress-free learning environment.
I prepare classes by reviewing the meaning, the form, the pronunciation, and the use of the topics to be learned in each session, and this gives me clarity and confidence to teach the subject.
I include in my lessons a lot of student-talk-time which is the goal of English learning.
I like to use YouTube videos, magazine articles, news broadcasts to help you immerse in the real use of the language, and this will give you a clear understanding of concepts such as register.

I specialize in Aviation English -I have a lot of experience on, and knowledge of this topic-, helping pilots and ATCOs improve their level using the Aviation context to have clarity of the use of the language.
I have worked as an instructor, trainer of trainers, content developer, and director English departments.

My lessons are unique in terms of preparation and delivery. Zoom is a great tool for online interaction, and PowerPoint gives me the opportunity to create amazing lessons full of engaging visuals and useful resources.
